Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and/or personal information associated with LifeArmor Tree (Pty) Ltd apps.
Option A: In-app deletion (if available)
If the app you are using supports accounts, it may include an in-app option to delete your account and associated data.
Look for a setting such as Settings → Account → Delete account.
If you cannot find an in-app deletion option, use Option B below.
Option B: Email a deletion request
Email lifearmordev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account (if applicable). Please include:
- App name
- Platform (iOS or Android)
- Account identifier (email/username) if the app has accounts
- What you want deleted (account deletion, specific content, support emails, etc.)
What happens next
- We may ask for additional information to verify you are the account holder.
- We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
- We will confirm once the request has been completed or explain if we cannot fully delete certain data.
What we delete (typical examples)
Deletion depends on the specific app and features, but may include account profile information and user-generated content stored in our systems.
What we may retain
We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, or for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, or record-keeping. If retention applies, we will limit access and retain only what is necessary.
