1) Who we are

The Services are provided by LifeArmor Tree (Pty) Ltd ("LifeArmor Tree", "we", "us").

2) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3) License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
• You may not use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or infringes another party’s rights.

4) Accounts (if available)

Some Apps may offer accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

5) Purchases and subscriptions (if available)

If an App offers paid features, billing and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play (as applicable), and their terms also apply. We may provide purchase-related support, but we do not control the app store’s billing systems.

6) Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party services (for example, hosting providers or app stores). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7) Intellectual property

The Services, including their content, branding, and software, are owned by LifeArmor Tree or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

8) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeArmor Tree will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11) Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
